Kasway is a non-custodial payment system built on the Kaspa blockchain. We enable merchants and individuals to send and receive on-chain payments securely using dynamically generated payment addresses. Kasway does not store or manage your private keys.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use Kasway. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Kasway does not use traditional account registration. Access to certain features, such as the Cashier Panel, is permission-based and must be granted by a Team Leader or Business Owner. Never trust individuals asking you to "register" an account manually.
You may optionally configure a proxy address to receive payments. This allows you to receive funds to a wallet of your choice, independent of the currently connected wallet. Proxy addresses are stored securely, but Kasway never stores or accesses private keys.
Kasway currently charges a flat transaction fee of 0.25 KAS per payment. This fee may change in future updates. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the applicable transaction fees at the time of use.
Kasway is in its Beta release phase. Features may change, and downtime or bugs may occur. While we aim to fix issues promptly, we cannot guarantee full reliability. Use at your own risk.
All content, branding, and software provided by Kasway is the property of its respective owners. You may not reuse or redistribute it without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Kasway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Kasway is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds or access to your wallet.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you experience issues or have questions, contact us via our official social media channels. We will never DM you first. Be cautious of impersonators.
